Peanut Butter Brownie Recipe With Kirthanaa Naidu

INGREDIENTS
Eggs x 4
Unsalted Butter x 240 g
Peanut Butter x 150g
Chocolate Chips - 240g
Cocoa Powder - 55g
Shot Of Espresso - 30ml
Plain Flour + Pinch of Salt - 100g
Caster Sugar - 240g

METHOD
Melt butter & choc chips in a bowl over a pan of boiling water
Combine Eggs & Sugar
Add in Melted Chocolate
Add in Espresso
Combine Flour & Cocoa Powder and add gradually
Add half of mixture to a pre-lined baking tin
Swirl peanut butter
Add remaining chocolate mixture
Bake at 180 C for 25 mins
Sprinkle Sea Salt over a single portion
